One of the easiest field to fork resources I’ve found, Harvest Moon is an effort to try and create a more local, fair and sustainable food system right here in Manitoba. It’s currently comprised of 10 farm families and two small on-farm food processing facilities. Through this easy to use website you can find producers, buy case lots or sign up for food buying clubs.
