Oh boy oh boy oh boy! The Farmers Markets are opening and the garden markets are set to receive the first fruits of our local producers’ labours.

I’m a bit of a farmers’ market junkie, bagging more product that I can possibly use. The selection and freshness is intoxicating and I can’t believe how many markets there are to choose from.

The more I learn is out there, the more it astounds me that anyone goes to the supermarket at all during summer.
